Ms. Ghassemian’s unique qualifications include a master’s degree in physics, which enhances her ability to handle complex technical aspects of construction disputes. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law and has been practicing law in California since 1999. Over the years, she has successfully represented some of the country’s largest corporations in litigation cases. Within the Orange County Bar Association (“OCBA”), Ms. Ghassemian has held various roles, including Chairperson and Board member of the Solo/Small Firm Section, as well as serving as a mentor to newer attorneys. She frequently delivers presentations for the Orange County Bar Association on matters related to Business and Construction law. Additionally, she shares her expertise with multiple construction associations, including the Associated General Contractors (“AGC”), Southern California Contractors Association (“SCCA”), and National Association of Minority Contractors (“NAMC”). She also previously served as the president of the Peter M. Elliott American Inn of Court and offered legal counsel to the board of the National Association of Women Business Owners in Orange County (“NAWBO-OC”). Furthermore, Ms. Ghassemian serves as external general counsel to numerous companies, spanning contracting, architectural, engineering, construction, as well as various manufacturing and technological enterprises.

Ms. Ghassemian’s involvement in AGC extends to her role as a director on AGC’s State Board of Directors for California, where she chairs AGC’s Associates Council and contributes to the Legal Advisory Board of AGC. She also plays an active role on the board of directors of the organization’s Orange County chapter. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, she was honored in 2014 by the National Association of Women Business Owners in Orange County with the Remarkable Woman award, a prestigious accolade bestowed upon only a select few individuals annually.
