Marc Forsythe, a co-founding partner at Goe Forsythe & Hodges LLP, possesses an extensive background in both finance and law, spanning numerous decades within California. In 1991, Mr. Forsythe obtained his license to practice law in California, followed by admission to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in 2005. His current status permits practice within all California federal and state courts, making him a preferred selection for creditor-related matters in the state.
