In her educational journey, Ms. Wagner graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1983, ranking among the top 5% of foreign students. She subsequently earned summa cum laude honors from Cornell University in 1984 and completed her Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School in 1987. During her time at Harvard, she received the John M. Olin research fellowship in Law and Economics, an economics teaching fellowship at Harvard College, and a prestigious inclusion in the Who’s Who Among American Law Students.
