In her most recent trial, she secured a jury ruling of $1,325,000 on behalf of Ms. Eva O’Brien, who had been wrongfully dismissed from her part-time position at Baca Properties. Following the verdict, when Baca Properties enlisted an expert in appeals to challenge the decision, Ms. Díaz meticulously prepared the counter appeal brief in representation of her client, Ms. Eva O’Brien.
