Mark is a seasoned attorney who adeptly handles a wide spectrum of intricate commercial disputes, along with matters concerning real estate, employment, and e-discovery conflicts. He boasts substantial experience as an appellate lawyer and has even served as a court-appointed discovery master in a significant business litigation case. Mark’s wealth of expertise enables him to evaluate his clients’ cases, formulate effective solutions, and strategically position them for successful resolutions.

Primarily, Mark’s legal practice centers around business, real estate, and complex title litigations. His clientele includes both public and private entities, such as companies, partnerships, lenders, real estate developers, property owners, condominiums, cooperatives, sponsors, and individuals. He skillfully navigates disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, forgery, insurance, construction, licensing, and trespassing. Additionally, Mark excels in resolving conflicts between shareholders, boards, and managing agents.

Before joining Bond, Mark served as a litigation partner at Ganfer Shore Leeds & Zauderer. Prior to that, he gained valuable experience as a commercial litigation associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York City. Furthermore, Mark’s career path includes a notable stint as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Michael L. Orenstein, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of New York. His extensive writing on e-discovery, featured in The New York Law Journal since 2005, led to his role as the author of The Virtual Lawyer column. His articles have been referenced in both appellate and trial court decisions. Notably, Mark received the 2021 Innovation Award from The New York Law Journal and currently serves as a Commissioner and co-chair of Technology on the Chief Judge’s Commission to Reimagine the Future of the New York Courts. He has also held positions on the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) as a Member-At-Large and as the founding chair of its Committee on Technology and the Legal Profession. In addition, Mark previously served as Chair of NYSBA’s Commercial and Federal Litigation Section and co-chairs its Commercial Division Committee.
