Mark B. Abelson, a partner at Campagnoli, Abelson & Campagnoli, is deeply committed to providing legal services to clients within the Greater San Francisco, California region. In 1973, Mr. Abelson attained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley. Subsequently, he pursued his legal education at the University of California Hastings College of the Law, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 1976. With admission to practice before all California state courts, he has been associated with his present firm since 1981.

Since 1990, Mr. Abelson has contributed his expertise as an expert witness in matters pertaining to legal malpractice. He has served as an arbitrator and participated in settlement conferences as a panelist for the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco, for over thirty years. Acknowledged by his peers for his outstanding track record and strong ethical principles, Mr. Abelson has earned an AV-Preeminent* peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, along with a “Superb” peer review rating.

Mr. Abelson dedicates his legal experience to the community through volunteer work as a sustaining member of the Public Justice Foundation. As a former chair of the Legal Malpractice Section of The Bar Association of San Francisco, he remains actively engaged in various organizations, including the Consumer Attorneys of California and the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. He is frequently invited to address attorney groups on topics related to legal ethics and professional accountability.
