Mr. Wilson’s achievements encompass a series of impressive victories, such as securing a $2.25 million jury verdict in a premises liability lawsuit, obtaining a $1.85 million jury verdict in a breach of shareholder agreement case, and securing a binding arbitration award of $1.8 million in a legal malpractice matter. Notably, he also achieved a $1.4 million jury verdict in a copyright infringement case and successfully defended a client’s existence in a partnership dispute, as well as in a high-stakes indemnity case involving millions of dollars. On the settlement front, Mr. Wilson has masterfully negotiated recoveries, including $97 million in a breach of trust case, $3 million in a commercial construction dispute, $2.8 million in an employment conflict, $2.1 million in a legal malpractice action, and $2 million in a lease dispute.

Mr. Wilson’s legal journey began at Loyola Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1988. He had the privilege of participating in Loyola’s top-ranking trial advocacy program and was selected for the prestigious Moot Court team. His passion for trial work was evident even during his time in law school when he started trying cases through a program supported by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California in 1985.
