Mr. Simone’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in financial management from Binghamton University, followed by the attainment of his law degree from Albany Law School. He possesses licenses to practice law in all New York state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. Furthermore, he is a member of the Schenectady County Bar Association and the National College for DUI Defense. He has also delivered lectures on various aspects of criminal defense for the Schenectady County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
