Attorney Matthew Wagoner is the founder of The Wagoner Firm, PLLC, located in Albany, New York, specializing in business and corporate law. He has been a certified mediator through Albany Law School since 2006 and has completed a course on effective time management with Franklin Covey.

Having been admitted to practice law in New York State since 2008, Mr. Wagoner is also authorized to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Northern districts of New York. Prior to establishing his firm, he gained valuable legal experience by clerking for a Supreme Court Justice in New York City, where he worked on diverse business and corporate matters and honed his skills in negotiation and settlement.

Mr. Wagoner’s extensive legal background also encompasses employment at a private New York-based firm, where he represented a wide array of business and corporate clients. His work involved addressing corporate governance issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and handling various commercial litigation matters.

Beyond his legal career, Mr. Wagoner is passionate about volunteering with business-focused organizations. He actively organizes events for 1 Million Cups, a networking platform for entrepreneurs, and serves as a mentor in economic empowerment for IgniteU New York, an organization dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and startups in central and upstate New York.
