Mr. Burgis holds a license to practice law in all California state courts since 2008. Throughout his career, he has successfully litigated numerous cases before the state’s Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. One notable instance includes his persuasive argument in support of an injured client before the 2nd District Court of Appeal, which upheld a previous ruling by the WCAB awarding permanent disability benefits.

Beyond his accomplishments in workers’ compensation cases, Mr. Burgis has also demonstrated proficiency in handling Civil cases that proceeded to jury verdicts. He has presented arguments before the Court of Appeal and has even defended a verdict all the way up to the California Supreme Court.
