Michael C. Having gained admission to the New York and New Jersey bars in 1993, Mr. Deutsch obtained his law degree from Georgetown Law in Washington, D.C., where he held the position of associate editor at the Georgetown Journal of International Law. His educational background includes a diploma in Russian studies from Moscow State University and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University. His legal jurisdiction encompasses the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Before embarking on his legal career, Mr. Deutsch co-established a sports agency, through which he negotiated multimillion-dollar contracts for professional ice hockey players globally. This prior experience has greatly contributed to his representation of individuals within the sports industry in various securities and employment litigation cases he currently handles. His diverse clientele ranges from executives to prominent figures in the entertainment sector, such as models, actors, producers, and authors.

Mr. Deutsch, an experienced FINRA arbitrator, actively participates in the Public Investors Advocate Bar Association and holds certification as a sports agent from the National Hockey League Players’ Association. Moreover, he plays a role in the Hematologic Oncology Visiting Committee at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Renowned for his legal acumen, Mr. Deutsch frequently appears as a legal analyst on prominent media broadcasts such as the PBS Nightly Business Report, the Fox Business Network, and the New York Metro news.
