Michael H. Schwartz, P.C., is a law firm headquartered in White Plains, New York, established by attorney Michael H. Schwartz. Mr. Schwartz graduated with honors, magna cum laude, from the City University of New York, earning a bachelor’s degree. Notably, Mr. Schwartz is a graduate of Max Gardner’s Consumer Defense Academy and has completed extensive training in areas such as bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, loan modifications, foreclosure defense, uniform mortgage covenants, escrow accounting, Rule 3002.1 and payment change notices, as well as regulations X and Z. Additionally, he has participated in numerous multi-day conferences organized by The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
