His primary focus in his legal practice revolves around representing companies in a broad spectrum of day-to-day matters, including but not limited to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions such as ground leasing, commercial financing, debt management, and vendor agreements.

Michael honed his extensive business and legal skills through his involvement as a business owner in various unrelated enterprises. His dual roles as an investor and in-house counsel have equipped him with a sharp awareness of the concerns that business owners grapple with, ranging from asset protection and daily operations to partnership issues and all facets of company expansion. This wealth of experience has empowered him to offer effective general counsel services to a diverse array of businesses.
