Michael Bordy handles a diverse range of business and real estate transactions, which encompass activities such as selecting and establishing businesses, the acquisition and divestiture of businesses, real estate buying and selling, securing real estate financing, and orchestrating lease agreements. Serving as the chair of the Real Estate Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association from 1998 to 2000, Mr. Bordy holds notable expertise in real estate matters. He is a frequent lecturer on topics related to real estate law, particularly focusing on leasing, financing matters, and the sale and purchase of businesses. Recently, Mr. Bordy attained certification as a mediator. He achieved his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Southern California in 1986, during which he contributed to the University of Southern California Journal of Law and Environment by publishing an article titled “Discerning Novel Treatment from Novelty” in Cogitations on Law and Government.
