Michael Parks, a co-founder and partner at Schimmel & Parks, APLC, extends his dedicated legal services to individuals residing in the Los Angeles metropolitan area and across California. Mr. Parks’ educational journey included obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Arizona State University, followed by enrollment at the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, where he actively contributed to the law review. In 1991, he successfully earned his Juris Doctor degree.

With an unwavering passion for safeguarding the rights of aggrieved workers and consumers, Mr. Parks provides assistance in both individual cases and representative, collective, and class action lawsuits. Demonstrating his dedication to community service, he generously volunteers his time by providing pro bono services as a settlement officer for the 2nd District Court of Appeal’s settlement conference and mediation program, as well as for the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles.
