In 1991, he successfully earned his Juris Doctor degree.

With an unwavering passion for safeguarding the rights of aggrieved workers and consumers, Mr. Parks provides assistance in both individual cases and representative, collective, and class action lawsuits. Demonstrating his dedication to community service, he generously volunteers his time by providing pro bono services as a settlement officer for the 2nd District Court of Appeal’s settlement conference and mediation program, as well as for the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles.
