Michael T. Rogers, a partner at Wasserman Grubin & Rogers, L.L.P., specializes primarily in construction law and related matters. He is based in New York City and serves clients, both businesses and individuals, across all five boroughs, Nassau and Suffolk counties, and certain parts of New Jersey. With admission to practice in New York since 1987, he also holds licenses to practice in Connecticut and before various federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.
Mr. Rogers has a broad range of experience representing various stakeholders in construction projects, such as contractors, developers, owners, architects, equipment suppliers, and tradespersons. He has been involved in the drafting and evaluation of contracts involving these parties.
