Prior to embarking on his legal profession, Mr. Tsai engaged in roles as a researcher and policy advocate for esteemed organizations including the California League of Conservation Voters, the Fund for the Public Interest, Taiwan Environmental Action Network, and the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research. Notably, he was a former fellow within the Southern California Leadership Network.
