Nassim Arzani is an attorney specializing in immigration and naturalization law at the American Law Center in Riverside, California. She is licensed to practice in all California courts. Initially embarking on her legal career in the field of securities law, Ms. Arzani ultimately discovered her passion in consumer immigration law. Her personal connection to immigration, stemming from her parents’ journey from Iran to the U.K., Spain, and the United States during her childhood, ignited her interest in the human aspects of immigration law and its profound impact on people’s lives. With nearly two decades of experience, she has positively impacted the lives of thousands of clients by preventing deportations and enabling them to remain with their families.
Ms. Arzani holds the distinction of being a California board-certified specialist in immigration and nationality law. She is an active member of various legal associations, including the Riverside County Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the San Bernardino County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the National Association of Women Lawyers. She has also presented at numerous conferences and professional events related to immigration, including the IABA Town Hall event, the Trump-igration conference, and the IABA-OC Chapter’s MCLE Event.
Recognized for her outstanding achievements, Ms. Arzani has received awards and accolades from esteemed organizations. Ms. Arzani’s educational background includes an undergraduate degree in accounting from California State University, Fullerton, and a postgraduate degree in organizational management from Hope International University. She pursued her legal studies at Trinity International University and Tulane University Law School. Additionally, she gained valuable experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge James Bar of the United States Bankruptcy Court and received a Paris Institute Certificate in European Legal Studies from Sorbonne University.
