Niall P. McCarthy serves as a principal attorney at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP, situated in Burlingame, California. Notably, he played a pivotal role in a “false claims” lawsuit against medical laboratory companies, contributing to a $301 million settlement recovery for the state of California.

He has been honored by publications such as the San Mateo Daily Journal, Lawdragon magazine, and the National Law Journal, which have acknowledged him as a leading plaintiff attorney in both California and the nation.
