With a legal career spanning over fifteen years in California, Mr. Neidzwski has achieved a track record of success in handling numerous cases involving the Jones Act, general maritime law, and product liability on behalf of his clients. His litigation experience extends to various courts including the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Central Districts of California, the Western District of Washington, the District of Oregon, the District of Alaska, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Hailing from New Jersey, Mr. Neidzwski was raised in a multi-generational household. He completed his secondary education at Ramsey, New Jersey public high school and pursued his undergraduate studies in music and business at New York University. Graduating with honors in 2007, he subsequently relocated to Virginia to attend the Washington and Lee University School of Law. During his time there, he earned the prestigious role of executive editor for the school’s Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice, a publication dedicated to legal matters affecting historically marginalized groups.
