He completed his secondary education at Ramsey, New Jersey public high school and pursued his undergraduate studies in music and business at New York University. Graduating with honors in 2007, he subsequently relocated to Virginia to attend the Washington and Lee University School of Law. During his time there, he earned the prestigious role of executive editor for the school’s Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice, a publication dedicated to legal matters affecting historically marginalized groups.
