Nolan C. Kane hails from Clovis, California, where he was both born and raised. In 2007, he accomplished his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame, remarkably completing his undergraduate program in just three years. During his time there, he was an active participant in the Notre Dame Men’s Club Volleyball Team.

Following the completion of his undergraduate studies, he spent two years (June 2007 to July 2009) serving as a litigation case assistant at Snyder Miller & Orton LLP in San Francisco. His next milestone was obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2012. During his tenure at Hastings, he engaged in various legal experiences, including clerking for U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. O’Neill of the Eastern District of California in the summer of 2010, prosecuting his inaugural jury trial to verdict at the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office in the summer of 2011, and working as an extern for California Supreme Court Justice Marvin R. Baxter in the fall semester of 2011.

In December 2012, Nolan Kane was granted admission to the California Bar. He embarked on his professional journey as a deputy district attorney for the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office in 2013, gaining substantial expertise in courtroom trials. His affiliation with Paboojian, Inc. began in December 2016.

He holds memberships in several legal organizations, including the State Bar of California, the Fresno County Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Central Valley Trial Lawyers Association. Nolan Kane also contributed his leadership to various bar associations, serving as the past President of the Board of Directors for the Kings County Bar Association (Presidency from 2019 to 2021; Vice Presidency from 2017 to 2018) and as the Past President of the Board of Directors for the Fresno County Young Lawyers Association (Presidency in 2016; Treasurer in 2015).

Starting in 2019, Mr. Kane has consistently earned recognition on the Northern California Rising Stars list, an accolade that is granted to only 2.5% of attorneys in the region.

His primary legal focus encompasses personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, UM/UIM (uninsured/underinsured motorist) cases, and wrongful termination matters.
