Norman S. Heller, an attorney, holds a partnership position within the matrimonial practice group at Blank Rome LLP, situated in New York, New York. Within the firm, he also holds the role of administrative partner. Mr. Heller was admitted to the practice of law in 1978 and holds licenses to practice in New York and Connecticut. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.

A Haverford College graduate, Mr. Heller furthered his education by earning a law degree from Boston University School of Law. He actively participates in the legal community and maintains memberships in organizations such as the Fairfield County Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers’ Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
