Omar A. Siddiqui, an accomplished trial lawyer and engineer, stands as a founding partner at Siddiqui Law, a Prof. Corp. (formerly Ulwelling Siddiqui LLP). His noteworthy presence extends to prominent media circuits, including television, radio, and newspapers, where he features prominently due to his high-profile cases. With a formidable presence in the courtroom, Siddiqui holds admission to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and boasts multiple designations as a “Super Lawyer,” spanning the years 2009 through 2023.

With a multidisciplinary background, Siddiqui is also a civil, computer, and environmental engineer, holding Master of Science (M.S.) and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degrees in Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC). As a co-founder and former President of a computer manufacturing and consulting firm, he amassed comprehensive experience in computer engineering, including hardware, software, and technology development. Siddiqui further augmented his engineering expertise as a Civil and Environmental Engineer at a renowned engineering firm, contributing to numerous design projects.

Beyond his legal and engineering pursuits, Siddiqui serves as an advisor and consultant to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on matters of national security and counter-terrorism. He also collaborates as an advisor and partner with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Recognized for his role as a frontline defender in national security, Siddiqui has been the recipient of numerous accolades, awards, and Certificates of Congressional Recognition from entities such as the U.S. House of Representatives, the California State Assembly, the CIA, and the Department of Justice and FBI. Notably, he was honored with the prestigious FBI Director’s Leadership Award in April 2016. Siddiqui’s interactions with President Joe Biden and President Barack Obama, including meetings at the White House, are marked by friendly recognition, with the President affectionately referring to him as “The Lawyer.”

In the political arena, Siddiqui pursued a candidacy for the U.S. House of Representatives for California’s 48th District during 2017 and 2018, ranking among the top five out of over sixteen candidates in the primary elections.
