The subsequent year saw his admission to the New York State Bar Association, as well as admission to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. His practice extends to Vermont, where he is also admitted, along with admissions to the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.
