Paul Harding graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego with a major in English and Public Justice, driven by his lifelong desire to assist others. Growing up in the Capital Region, he decided to attend Albany Law School of Union University, earning his degree in 1989 and subsequently gaining admission to practice law in New York State. Currently, he serves as the Managing Partner of Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP.

In 2006, Paul received an appointment from the State’s Assembly Minority Leader to join New York State’s Commission on Judicial Conduct, where he plays a pivotal role in determining the need for disciplinary actions and imposing sanctions for judicial misconduct. Elected as Vice Chair in 2016, he is dedicated to advancing the Commission’s crucial constitutional mission of ensuring ethical conduct within the state’s judiciary.

Paul holds the position of Vice President on the Proctors Theater Board of Directors in Schenectady, New York. Additionally, he was appointed to the Marketing Client Services Committee for the American Association for Justice (AAJ) in 2002, an organization renowned for its efforts in establishing a fair and efficient court system for those who have suffered injuries.

Paul actively contributes to the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, a group comprising over 4500 members, and remains an engaged member of both the New York State Bar Association and Albany County Bar Association.

Outside of his legal endeavors, Paul’s passion for animals is evident as he currently serves as the Event Chair for the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society’s Annual ‘Around the World for 80 Strays’ Gala. Furthermore, he takes an active role in The Legal Project, a private non-profit organization dedicated to offering free and affordable legal services to the underserved, including the working poor and victims of domestic violence, in the Capital Region.
