Philip A. Greenberg’s academic achievements include graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brooklyn College, and subsequently earning his law degree from the prestigious New York University School of Law. During his law school tenure, he was actively involved with the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, and distinguished himself as a semifinalist in Moot Court competitions. He gained admission to practice law in New York in 1974 and has since expanded his practice to include New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
