Philip P. Lindsley, the founder of the San Diego Elder Law Center, is dedicated to the fields of elder law and estate planning. His practice encompasses San Diego County, and he holds certifications as a specialist in estate planning, trust, and probate law from The State Bar of California’s Board of Legal Specialization. He’s also certified in elder law by the National Elder Law Foundation and recognized as an attorney by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Lindsley’s focus is on assisting elderly clients and their families across various domains. His services range from offering guidance on long-term care planning, evaluating options, and advising on veterans’ programs, benefits, and Medi-Cal concerns. He aids clients in maintaining eligibility for governmental benefits even if they inherit assets and prepares specialized trusts for individuals with physical or mental disabilities.

Furthermore, Lindsley is well-versed in creating and reviewing different trust types, wills, healthcare and financial powers of attorney, and advance medical directives.
