Before entering the legal field, he held a position as a public safety officer at the University of Southern California.

In his capacity as a practicing attorney, Mr. Lemmons possesses the qualifications to appear in all California state courts. Furthermore, he holds licenses allowing him to practice before the U.S. district courts for the central and southern districts of California, the Supreme Court of California, and the U.S. Tax Court.
