Robert G. Harris, a seasoned attorney specializing in business bankruptcy, practices law at Binder & Malter LLP. With an impressive 36-year tenure, his expertise lies in Chapter 11 reorganization and Subchapter V small business cases. Mr. Harris’s leadership roles include chairing the State Bar of California and providing guidance as an advisor and member of its Insolvency Law Committee and Business Law Section – Executive Committee. Moreover, he played a pivotal role as educational co-chair of the 2013 California Bankruptcy Forum (CBF) Insolvency Conference.
