Robert J. McKennon, a distinguished attorney and founding shareholder of McKennon Law Group PC, leads a prominent legal practice with offices across California in Newport Beach, Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco. He gained admission to practice in the State Bar of California the following year, and holds the distinction of practicing before all U.S. Federal Courts in California, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Mr. McKennon’s extensive knowledge and experience in insurance law, particularly in areas such as disability, life and health insurance claims, ERISA litigation, and insurance bad faith, are underscored by his regular contributions as an author for the Los Angeles Daily Journal. Furthermore, he serves as the editor for the esteemed California Insurance Litigation Blog. His commitment to education and dissemination of legal insights is evident through his extensive publication of articles and delivery of numerous lectures on subjects concerning insurance, ERISA, and disability insurance benefits.
