Robert P. Simpson, a registered patent attorney at Simpson & Simpson, PLLC, is a prominent figure in the field of patent law, trademarks, and intellectual property rights. As one of the firm’s founding members, he operates out of offices in both New York and Florida, offering his legal expertise nationwide.

Mr. Simpson’s legal practice encompasses a wide range of areas, including copyright, trade secrets, and unfair competition, catering to individuals and businesses alike. Moreover, he has served as the former president of the Niagara Frontier Intellectual Property Law Association.

Having graduated with a degree in electrical engineering, Mr. Simpson earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law. He is recognized as a board-certified intellectual property attorney by The Florida Bar and currently serves as an adjunct professor at both his alma mater and Hilbert College, where he imparts knowledge on topics related to intellectual property law and patent law.
