Robert Singer, the founder of Singer Legal PLLC located in Buffalo, New York, is a seasoned criminal defense attorney with more than ten years of legal expertise. He extends his legal services to clients in the Buffalo and Niagara Falls regions, as well as throughout Erie and Niagara counties in New York.
Mr. Singer possesses substantial experience in handling both state and federal criminal charges. Throughout his career, he has managed cases encompassing various legal matters such as assault, battery, child neglect, domestic violence, drug violations, and gun possession. He is deeply committed to serving as a dedicated and zealous advocate for his clients, vigorously safeguarding their rights under the law.
Before establishing Singer Legal PLLC, Mr. Singer held diverse roles within the legal field. His experience includes working as a prosecutor, defense attorney, and Special Assistant United States Attorney. As a solo practitioner, he has effectively managed numerous bench and jury trials. He also offers representation at administrative hearings and skillfully guides clients through all stages of the negotiation and litigation process.
Mr. Singer earned his bachelor’s degree in government from Hamilton College and subsequently obtained his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Furthermore, he graduated with honors from the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island.
In terms of his legal practice, Mr. Singer is licensed to practice law before all New York state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. He is also deeply committed to community service, serving as a mentor for Buffalo Veterans Treatment Court and actively participating in the USS Little Rock (LCS 9) Commissioning Committee.
