Robert W. Seiden is a globally renowned attorney with a wide-reaching client base. After completing his undergraduate studies at New York University in 1985, Mr. Seiden pursued his legal education at the Yeshiva University Cardozo School of Law. Mr. Seiden is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Prior to entering private practice, he dedicated over a decade to serving as an ADA in Manhattan, where he prosecuted a range of serious cases, including violent crimes, sex offenses, child abuse, and fraud. His career also featured significant efforts to combat gang violence in New York, earning him recognition for his unwavering commitment.
Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Seiden consistently thrived in challenging environments, excelling in high-pressure situations where success seemed improbable. Notably, he received accolades from the Arab Republic of Egypt for his role in resolving a border dispute involving Saudi Arabia and a U.S.-based energy company. He was also commended by the Nassau County Police Department for his contributions to a hostage rescue negotiation. Furthermore, he was honored as the Red Cross’ Hometown Hero for his tireless contributions to the Long Island community during Hurricane Sandy.
Mr. Seiden maintains active memberships in prestigious organizations, including the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the International Trademark Association, and the Village of Flower Hill Ethics Committee, where he serves as chairman. He also holds the position of chairman of the board at GreenMet and is involved with the American Red Cross.
