Robin D. Carton, a partner at Carton & Rosoff PC, provides legal representation to clients in the White Plains, New York, region, encompassing Manhattan and Westchester. Licensed to practice law in New York State, Ms. Carton is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Carton pursued her academic journey at the State University of New York at Albany, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree. She furthered her education at Hofstra University, completing a master’s degree in arts. Her legal education took place at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree in 1981.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Carton holds significant roles in various professional organizations. She serves as the Co-President of the New York Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals, the Westchester County Bar Association, the Pace Women’s Justice Center Moderate Means Panel, and the New York State Bar Association. Currently, she holds the position of president of the Westchester Rockland Guardians Association and previously served as the president of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association.
