Before establishing the Bonakdar Law Firm, Mr. Roger Bonakdar held positions at two well-known law firms in the Central Valley region. One of these firms specialized in civil litigation, while the other focused on criminal defense. Through these roles, Mr. Bonakdar acquired extensive expertise in a wide range of legal matters. He built a track record of successfully representing clients facing criminal charges and advocating for individuals with personal injury claims. Additionally, he provided legal representation for businesses in the San Joaquin Valley involved in litigation.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Bonakdar also gained experience at the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, San Diego, and his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University, School of Law.

Mr. Roger Bonakdar boasts numerous academic accomplishments, including receiving Witkin Awards in various fields like Civil Procedure, Contracts, and Consumer Law. He was also acknowledged by Santa Clara University, School of Law as a “Scholar of Public Interest & Social Justice Law,” with a focus on Consumer Law.
