Attorney Roger Rosen serves as a partner at the law firm of Rosenberg Mendlin & Rosen, LLP, situated in Santa Monica, California. With an extensive legal career spanning over 35 years, he has been dedicated to assisting clients within the Santa Monica region.

Mr. Rosen earned his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois, graduating with the highest distinction. Subsequently, he pursued his law degree at the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law. During this time, he gained practical legal experience by externing for a federal judge. Additionally, he was actively involved in the Moot Court Honors Program and held the position of editor for the Handbook of Appellate Advocacy. He is licensed to practice law in all California state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Rosen has achieved notable success in negotiating and litigating numerous significant cases. He has been honored with Martindale-Hubbell’s highest peer review rating, AV Preeminent*, recognizing his exceptional ethical standards and legal prowess. In 2008, the Consumer Attorneys of California nominated Mr. Rosen and a fellow partner for the distinguished title of “Consumer Attorney of the Year.”

Mr. Rosen is also an accomplished author, having contributed articles to esteemed publications like Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine and Advocate magazine, which is published by the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
