His noteworthy accomplishments include securing a judgment exceeding $2 million for clients who fell victim to legal malpractice. He also successfully certified a wage and hour class action lawsuit against DHL International GmbH. Furthermore, Mr. Makarem adeptly negotiated an undisclosed settlement for a television writer embroiled in a lawsuit involving the reality TV show “The Apprentice,” alongside NBC Universal, Donald Trump, and television producer Mark Burnett.

Mr. Makarem’s expertise is underscored by his certification as a legal malpractice specialist by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. His accolades include the prestigious California Lawyer Attorneys of the Year award bestowed by California Lawyer magazine.
