Beyond his legal commitments, Mr. Reynolds plays an active role in his community. He serves on the board of directors for organizations such as the NorthBay Health Foundation, the Solano Economic Development Corporation, and the Vacaville Social Services Corporation. With an extensive history of involvement, he has been a dedicated Rotarian for over 40 years, holding various positions within the organization. He has also served on the boards of several other notable organizations, including the Redlands Chamber of Commerce, the Redlands Community Hospital Foundation, the Inland Empire United Way, the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce, the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce, and the Vacaville Neighborhood Boys & Girls Club.

Educationally, Mr. Reynolds earned his bachelor’s degree in history and biology from Stanford University, followed by a master’s in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley. His legal journey culminated with a law degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, leading to his licensure as a California attorney in 1976.
