Scott Emblidge serves as the co-founder and managing partner of Moscone Emblidge & Rubens LLP, a law firm headquartered in San Francisco, California. In his capacity, he aids individuals, corporations, and governmental bodies across the state. Having obtained his Bachelor of Arts in political science from California State University, Fullerton in 1982, Mr. Emblidge continued his academic journey at Harvard Law School, achieving his Juris Doctor in 1985. His professional trajectory included several years spent at the Office of the City Attorney of San Francisco, where he offered guidance to city officials and regulatory bodies on diverse subjects, including civil rights, disability access, freedom of speech, affirmative action, as well as state and federal preemption matters. He further represented the city in high-profile legal disputes before co-founding his present firm in 1998. Admitted to practice law in California, he is also authorized to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

Throughout his tenure in private practice, Mr. Emblidge has earned the esteem of his peers due to his unwavering ethical standards and his history of successful achievements.
