Scott Emblidge serves as the co-founder and managing partner of Moscone Emblidge & Rubens LLP, a law firm headquartered in San Francisco, California. He further represented the city in high-profile legal disputes before co-founding his present firm in 1998. Admitted to practice law in California, he is also authorized to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
