In 2009, Mr. Judson earned Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Political Science with High Honors and Communication with Honors from the University of California, Davis. He obtained his J.D. in 2012 from UC Davis School of Law, distinguishing himself by graduating in the top 25% of his class, earning the Witkin Award in Legal Research and Writing, serving as Chair of the Trial Practice Honors Board, and winning the Seventh Annual Williams Institute Moot Court Competition at UCLA. He was also inducted into the Order of Barristers.

Actively contributing to the legal community, Scott is a member of the Schwartz/Levi American Inn of Court in Davis. He maintains a strong connection with his alma mater by serving as the Vice President/President-Elect of the UC Davis Cal Aggie Alumni Association Board of Directors and acting as a Public Address Announcer for various UC Davis Athletics events.

In his leisure time, Scott enjoys quality moments with his wife, Kristen, their daughter, Sydney, and their son, Tanner. His interests span a wide range of sports, particularly the San Jose Sharks, UC Davis Aggies, San Francisco Giants, and San Francisco 49ers. He also takes pleasure in wine tasting, golfing, and showcasing his culinary skills while barbecuing on his cherished Traeger grill.
