With a law practice spanning over 15 years, Mr. Horton brings extensive experience in handling litigation matters for employers and providing legal counsel to organizations navigating various employment-related challenges. His clientele encompasses diverse industries, such as education, healthcare, non-profit, and professional services. His expertise covers a wide array of areas, including discrimination cases, employee leaves, recruitment issues, terminations, and matters related to labor unions. Mr. Horton’s achievements include being recognized in Buffalo Business First’s “Who’s Who in Law” list in 2012 and earning a consistent presence in the esteemed publication “The Best Lawyers in America.”

Mr. Horton holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and received his legal education at the University of Virginia School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in all New York state courts and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.

Actively engaged in his local and statewide legal community, Mr. Horton maintains membership in organizations such as the Bar Association of Erie County, the New York State Bar Association, and the New York State Public Employer Labor Relations Association. Additionally, he is affiliated with national entities including the American Bar Association and the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association.
