  • She contributed to the trial team in the Monsanto Company PCB Litigation, where she represented numerous non-Hodgkin lymphoma clients. The litigation culminated in a verdict of $46.5 million, followed by a later settlement encompassing claims in the hundreds of millions.
  • As lead counsel in the case of Rowan v. Georgia Pacific et al, Cuyahoga County, Cleveland Ohio, Stephanie oversaw the first-ever wood dust product liability exposure case. This groundbreaking lawsuit resulted in a confidential multimillion-dollar settlement.
  • In the matter of Tomas Gonzales v. ASARCO, Nueces County, Corpus Christi, Texas, Stephanie acted on behalf of a labor contractor diagnosed with mesothelioma. This case reached a confidential settlement resolution.
  • She also handled the case of Egelhoff v. Fujifilm et al., Broward County, Miami, Florida, representing a printing press worker in a benzene exposure lawsuit, which concluded with a confidential settlement.

Licensed to practice law in both Texas and California, Stephanie graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in psychology and philosophy.
