Mr. Brower earned his undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, and subsequently pursued his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 1980. Admitted to the State Bar of California that same year, he is authorized to practice before all U.S. District Courts in California, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 1st and 9th Circuits.

Across his career, Mr. Brower has represented clients across more than 10 states, spanning diverse industries. He’s achieved substantial victories, securing over $200 million in claims for policyholders against insurance companies. Moreover, he’s effectively defended insurance companies in matters related to coverage disputes and allegations of bad faith. He stands as legal counsel for prominent technology firms in cases pertaining to intellectual property protection and cybersecurity. Notably, he’s proficiently mediated and arbitrated 150 cases, often centered around intricate computer systems and technology.
