Subsequently, he earned his Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana, and was granted his license to practice law by The State Bar of California. He holds admission to practice before all U.S. District Courts in California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
