Terence P. After completing his studies at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark, Mr. O’Connor obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from St. Lawrence University in 1980. During his undergraduate years, he received accolades by being elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1983. Mr. O’Connor holds licenses to practice law in New York and Vermont, in addition to being admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.
Mr. O’Connor is widely recognized for his exceptional legal acumen and ethical standards.
