With a legal career spanning back to 1990, Thomas P. Feher has amassed a wealth of experience as a trial lawyer, successfully handling numerous cases representing a diverse clientele, including individuals, large corporations, and public entities. His primary focus currently revolves around business and employment disputes, although he also extends his expertise to various other areas within the realms of general business and litigation. Mr. Feher is a respected figure in the legal community, contributing his skills as an arbitrator for the Kern County Bar Association in fee disputes and mediated matters. He is an active participant in the KCBA Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and has even taken on the role of Judge Pro Tem for the Kern County Superior Court.

Leveraging his comprehensive understanding of business strategies and extensive litigation background, Mr. Feher adeptly addresses and resolves issues from a business-oriented perspective, aligned with the goals of his clients. He has also shared his insights as a speaker and moderator, covering a wide array of topics including civil practice, employment law, wage and hour matters, law management, and professional liability. His broad-spectrum litigation practice encompasses employment disputes, business and real estate conflicts, probate and trust litigation, as well as general civil litigation.

Mr. Feher’s standing as a seasoned litigator has earned him membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), while his proficiency has been acknowledged through an AV® rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Beyond his legal accomplishments, he is actively engaged in various community organizations, events, and activities.

Mr. Feher has also undergone extensive training in arbitration and mediation, holding positions such as Settlement Officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court Resolve Program (representing both plaintiffs and defense), as well as an Arbitrator for the Kern County Bar Association in fee disputes. He has completed the 40-hour Mediating the Litigated Case course at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine School of Law, along with an Advanced Mediation Class.
