Timothy Williams serves as the managing partner at Berger & Williams, LLP, a law firm situated in San Diego, California. His primary focus within the legal realm lies in employment litigation and counseling, where he extends his expert representation to clients. Timothy is extensively involved in handling complex cases involving wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, as well as separation and termination matters. During his time in law school, he was actively engaged in the school’s prestigious advocacy programs.

In 2014, Timothy underwent Mediating the Litigated Case training at Pepperdine University Law School’s Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution. He maintains an active role in the legal community, holding memberships in organizations such as the American Bar Association, the Labor and Employment Section of the State Bar of California, the San Diego County Bar Association, Lawyers Club of San Diego, and Tom Homann LGBTQ Law Association.
