Todd S. Garber, a founding partner at the law firm of Finkelstein, Blankinship, Frei-Pearson & Garber, LLP in White Plains, New York, is dedicated to representing regular consumers in legal battles against powerful corporations. Although his practice primarily serves the New York area, including White Plains and Dutchess County, he has successfully handled cases nationwide.

Mr. Garber specializes in class action lawsuits, with a particular focus on cases related to employment law, consumer protection, consumer privacy, civil rights, securities, and investor fraud. He holds licenses to practice in New York and Connecticut state courts, as well as the U.S. district courts for the southern, western, and eastern districts of New York. Additionally, he is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.

Before co-founding Finkelstein, Blankinship, Frei-Pearson & Garber, LLP, Mr. Garber practiced law at two other firms, where he concentrated on class action cases and complex commercial litigation. In these roles, he served as class counsel in lawsuits against some of the country’s largest corporations. Notably, in one case against a utility company, he played a pivotal role in securing a settlement exceeding $11 million for over 400,000 consumers across eight states.

Todd S. Garber is an alumnus of Cornell University and obtained his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University. During his time in law school, he served as an articles editor for the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law and earned a coveted position working with the New York City Law Department.
