Tom D’Amore boasts extensive expertise as a trial attorney and plays a pivotal role in educating fellow trial lawyers. Tom is a former Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Oregon and California. He currently fulfills the role of Budget Chair within AAJ and is actively involved in several AAJ committees. He has previously served as President of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA), and presently holds a position on the OTLA Board of Governors. Additionally, he’s an esteemed Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice.

Devoting his time to philanthropic endeavors, Tom volunteers with the Board of Good Deeds, a Portland-based nonprofit that offers financial aid to families burdened by substantial medical expenses arising from severe injuries or medical conditions. He is also a contributor to the Development Committee of Public Justice, a national nonprofit organization engaged in legal advocacy. Furthermore, he serves on the Board of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, a nationwide association of attorneys specializing in truck-related litigation.

A member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Tom D’Amore is certified as a civil and trial attorney, as well as a truck accident law attorney, by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
