Vilmarie Cordero serves as an attorney at GrahamHollis APC located in San Diego, California. Her primary focus lies within employment law, where she represents clients both in San Diego and across California. Her legal expertise encompasses a wide range of cases, including individual and class action lawsuits dealing with matters like discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, and more.

Having excelled in her education, Ms. Cordero achieved magna cum laude honors while obtaining a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Puerto Rico. She further pursued her legal studies at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, once again graduating magna cum laude. During her time in law school, she gained valuable practical experience as a student attorney at the university’s environmental law clinic.

Ms. Cordero embarked on her legal career by obtaining her license to practice in Puerto Rico in 2006. In 2008, she expanded her credentials by becoming a licensed attorney in the state of New York. She spent a span of two years practicing employment law in New York City before deciding to further her expertise. Her pursuit led her to California, where she pursued a Master of Law degree specializing in employment law at the University of San Diego School of Law.

While completing her master’s degree, Ms. Cordero became an integral part of GrahamHollis APC. Her dedication and commitment to her field were recognized with the acquisition of a California law license in 2010. Her practice extends to all California superior courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California. Throughout her career, she has been involved in handling a plethora of individual and class action lawsuits.

Deeply engaged in the legal community of California, Ms. Cordero is an active member of esteemed organizations including the San Diego County Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and the California Employment Lawyers Association. Her professional involvement also extends to the Puerto Rico Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
